About Sam Margaritis

I, Sam Margaritis, provide coaching services to individuals seeking support around ADHD and neurodivergence. My coaching is grounded in lived experience, professional training, and non-clinical expertise.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By engaging in coaching services, you agree to these terms.

Disclaimer: Nature of Coaching

• I am not a medical professional, clinician, psychiatrist, psychologist, or therapist.

• Coaching is not medical advice, mental health therapy, counselling, or clinical treatment.

• Coaching is a collaborative, forward-looking process aimed at empowering you to find your own solutions, develop self-awareness, build confidence, and create environments where you can thrive.

I may help you:

  • Identify blockages and develop strategies to move forward

  • Build skills and self-acceptance

  • Plan how to communicate neurodivergence in work or personal settings

  • Support you while awaiting a diagnosis

  • Integrate coaching as part of your broader, holistic support plan

  • If at any point I believe that therapy, psychiatric, or clinical support would be more appropriate, I will signpost you to other professionals as far as I am able.

Client Responsibilities

• You acknowledge that coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health or medical care.

• You agree to take responsibility for your own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing, decisions, actions, and results throughout the coaching process.

• You understand that coaching is a non-directive process: it is about enabling you to access your own answers rather than providing solutions or expert opinions.

Sessions, Payment and Cancellation Policy

Fees:

  • Coaching sessions are charged at £120 per session (or other pre-agreed package price)

Payment Terms:

  • All session fees must be paid at least 48 hours in advance via the agreed payment method.

Rescheduling and Cancellation:

  • You may reschedule up to two (2) sessions, provided you give at least 24 hours' notice.

  • After the second reschedule, any further cancellations or rescheduling will be charged at the full session rate of £120.

  • If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not attend the session, the full session fee will still be payable.

Confidentiality

  • All sessions are conducted in strict confidence.

  • However, I reserve the right to disclose information if required by law or if I believe there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others.

Intellectual Property

  • Any materials provided during coaching (written exercises, frameworks, etc.) remain my intellectual property and must not be shared, copied, or distributed without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, I disclaim any liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage incurred by you in connection with coaching

services.

  • My liability, if any, shall be limited to the total fees paid for the relevant coaching services.

Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Amendments

  • I reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be communicated to clients as appropriate.
