ABOUT ME

I am a CPD accredited, ADHD Works certified ADHD coach and I use the ADHD Works 'Executive Functioning Framework' for my coaching.

Before becoming a coach, I worked for many years in production in the FIlm and TV industry in Italy and the UK. After a short ‘break’ as a full-time mother, I then spent the next 11 years as Managing Director of a film and TV services company, growing it from a small start-up, to a successful B-Corp with a thriving culture. Alongside neurodivergence coaching, I also co-founded ND in Film & TV, a neurodivergence consultancy specifically for the industry. NDFTV helps organisations with ND strategy and policy as well as providing training and consulting for senior leadership teams, employees and on-set teams.

 

As an AuDHD mother to an AuDHD, PDA daughter, I specialise in working with leaders and creatives, especially women diagnosed ADHD or AuDHD, and I have a strong motive to educate the world on neurodivergence to help create an inclusive working environment for all.
